We are looking for

As a part of our expansion, we are looking for new agents in transaction.

In order to develop and animate a business portfolio, you will have the following missions:

- The phone prospecting and the ground (mailings, door to door, meeting with the storekeepers and concierges) to know perfectly your sector and its real estate movements (up for sale, properties already on sale).

- The estimation of the properties (apartments and houses) and writing of the files of promotion of the sale for presentation to the sellers.

- The taking of mandates of sale and the constitution of the entirety of the file with the obligatory documents (ALUR law)

- The seller follow-up to hold regularly informed your customer, to renegociate the marketing conditions and to maintain the dynamic of sale.

- The writing, distribution and animation of your real estate announcements on all media available to you.

- The presentation and visits of the properties to potential buyers (internal file, entering and relational contact).

- The taking and writing of offers of purchase as well as the negociation with the parts (buyer and seller).

- The accompaniement from the offer to the authentic act.
